Returns & Exchanges Policy
RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy if you are not happy with your product. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted beyond the return window.
NOTE: Personalized and/or custom jewelry are exempt from being returned unless it arrives defective.
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards and Sale Items.
- To complete your return: a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and include any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your package, therefore it is suggested to use a trackable shipping service and insurance.
